Bone Dry is a tart, complex cider that is our take on American heritage ciders. It undergoes two fermentations and is then aged on lees for 8-10 months to further develop its texture and flavors. Apples: Dabinett, Geneva Tremlett, Harry Master's Jersey, Chisel Jersey, Manchurian Crab Tasting Notes: Notes of grapefruit and citrus are married with beautiful minerality. Expect a lightly carbonated, refreshing mouthfeel with crisp acidity, and slight earthiness on the finish. ABV: 6.9%
