A Northern Italian Tradition- Locally made, 100% Italian in Flavor
This uncooked Italian pork sausage is traditionally served with lentils on New Year's Day, but ours is too special to be eaten only once a year! This cotechino has a fine texture even after boiling, and none of the acrid taste that some of the pre-cooked versions have. If you've never tried cotechino on the grill, you'll be amazed at how this one tastes cooked over an open flame. The salami is made at Licini Brothers in Union City, NJ. All sausages are gluten-free.
