Gin aged in finished chardonnay wine barrels. The perfect union of bright citrus and buttery oak. Our Award-winning Scott Street Gin rests in finished Chardonnay barrels to create an aged gin with a velvety, crisp mouthfeel and notes of honeydew melon, lemongrass, earthy apple, wood, herbs and spice. This spirit is at its best sipped neat or in a simple, spirit-forward cocktail (think Old Fashioned!)
