Tequila Alderete is crafted by a small, family-run distiller dedicated to tradition: they use agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco (“Los Altos de Jalisco”) — a region known for producing particularly aromatic and flavorful agave thanks to its fertile volcanic soil and high altitude. Their production is boutique-scale: 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested at full maturity, and then double-distilled in copper vertical stills.
