Baked Clams

A classic appetizer made the traditional way, simple, savory, and satisfying. Priced per piece, recommended serving is one per person, as they are fairly large. Made with freshly steamed and chopped clams sauteed with bacon and butter, then mixed with seasoned breadcrumbs, herbs (contains some cilantro), and lemon. Sold Cold: Reheat 375 degrees for 10 mins. Served in aluminum clam shells .
