Made from Certified Sustainable vineyards (SQNPI), Torresella Prosecco Rosé DOC is a dry, sparkling blend of Glera grapes and about 10-15% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), which adds its beautiful pale pink color. The result is a unique rosé with a frothy mousse and notes of bright citrus, fresh peaches, red berries, cherries, and florals. All lifted by its delightfully persistent bubbles to a clean lingering finish. Perfect with seafood or chicken dishes, this Prosecco Rosé is also an interesting contrast with creamy risottos. Vegan-friendly, Torresella Prosecco Rosé also has a purity that seamlessly echoes market-fresh vegetables and vegetarian dishes.
