Light Show is the Jones Beach take on a tropical stout. The Light Show at the beach mashes together a beach feel with a cold winter night and that's exactly what we went for in designing this recipe. The beer itself will appear like a stout but as soon as you pour it, you'll notice tropical aromas. Coconut, grapefruit, orange, and papaya will give way to subtle roast notes on the back end. This is the perfect beer for a night by the fire or to bring to your next holiday gathering.
