We started Drewish Deli with one goal in mind — to bring a true taste of East Coast deli tradition to Sonoma County, using the best local ingredients we could get our hands on. What began as a small bagel pop-up quickly grew into a full-fledged deli where we make everything from scratch — from our hand-rolled bagels and cured meats to our soups, salads, and baked goods. We’re proud to serve up the classics. Think pastrami piled high on rye, matzo ball soup just like Bubbe made, and fresh-baked challah and babka, alongside a few modern twists that reflect who we are and where we live.
