Elijah Farm is a sustainable, non-profit farm located in South Huntington, NY, dedicated to enriching the health and wellness of its community through environmentally responsible farming and hands-on learning opportunities. Founded in 2016 by special education expert Debora Thivierge, the farm was created in partnership with longtime farmers and educators Larry Foglia and Heather Forest, whose family had stewarded the land for more than 50 years. Elijah Farm uses careful, sustainable practices to grow high-quality vegetables, herbs, and flowers, hand-tended and harvested for peak flavor and nutrition.
