Hi, I'm Liz Nachman, and this is Rebuild The Beach. After Superstorm Sandy hit in 2012, like so many in Long Beach, I was left wondering how to help. My son Geoffrey and I started by printing a few “Rebuild the Beach” shirts to raise money to help rebuild our community. We thought it might bring in a few hundred dollars—within weeks, we had raised over $30,000. That moment showed us the power of this community. What began as a fundraiser grew into a brand inspired by our resilient, tight-knit community. Our tees, hoodies, and hats capture the spirit of Long Beach, and every purchase helps us give back—whether it’s scholarships for local students, food and coat drives, or school supplies for families in need.
