We're a New York State–licensed farm brewery, which means local is more than a buzzword for us — it's a sourcing requirement and a point of pride. We brew with an eye toward sustainable production, and we pour spirits from Long Island distilleries and wine from Long Island vineyards alongside our own beer.
We also believe American beer drinkers have been missing something: a true session beer. So you'll always find an English-style beer on our tap list — we started with a Dark Mild, low ABV and full of flavor, the kind of beer built for a second pint, and a third. Right alongside it, you'll find bigger, bolder stuff — beers like our Mind Gold Crisp Ale, a Sterling-hopped cream ale we've been refining for almost a decade, and What Coast, our Strata-hopped American IPA bursting with passion fruit.
We don't run a kitchen, and that's on purpose. Farmingdale already has incredible restaurants within walking distance, and we'd rather you order in and eat well than settle for bar food. We do keep a rotating menu of egg rolls from our friends at Wok and Roll in Huntington, and a lineup of house-brewed iced teas that show up in our cocktail and mocktail menu too.
The art on our walls isn't decoration — it's the community. We're kicking things off with work from Sean Early, the artist behind our can labels, and we'll keep rotating through local talent from there.
And we're not doing this alone. We're proud to keep brewing alongside Jones Beach Brewing and to carry on Lithology's flagship Brown Ale, because the breweries that came before us on this street are part of why it works.
