wineUdesign is the first licensed winery ever in Nassau County. Since 2010 we have invited all family, neighbors and friends to make small batch wines with us, using proper equipment, oversight and cleanliness as the major service points that home winemakers were not able to achieve in their own home projects. We leverage our California relationships to access the best fruit available to us and we minimize sulfite additions to acceptable levels while eliminate all other chemical intervention.
