Our sausage ships in airtight cooler boxes via Two day Overnight Delivery. (Two-day Delivery is available in Cooler Weather.) Fresh meat is shipped Monday to Wednesday Only to insure safe delivery. Meat is vacuumed packed! All sausages are gluten-free while made from natural and simple ingredients including salt and pepper!
