Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our soft-baked classic chocolate chip cookie got a vegan upgrade, made without any "fake" butter products. We replaced eggs and butter with coconut milk, applesauce, and coconut oil, without adding any unexpected flavors or textures! So good even the non-vegans in your life won't be able to tell! Same quarter pound size as our regular chocolate chip cookies!
