1921 Tequila Blanco is produced with 100% Blue Weber estate grown Agave, double distilled in stainless steel pot stills containing copper coils. APPEARANCE: A brilliant, crystalline color, producing a wave of legs (tears) that glide slowly towards the bottom of the glass. NOSE: Sweet, subtle Agave aroma, fresh herbal notes with hints of citrus. PALATE/TASTE: Delicate and harmonious, highlighting the essence of the Agave and its nectar, fruity with a citrus finish, well balanced and clean. BODY: Polished and velvety as it encompasses the tongue. RECOMMENDATIONS •Can be drunk straight. •Serves as an aperitif before lunch or dinner because it stimulates the appetite. •Perfect to combine with your favorite mixer.
