Germany's Rheingau vineyards are located on the 50th parallel north, where the optimal cool conditions allow the Riesling grapes to thrive and produce our superb 50 Degree Riesling. The grapes are hand harvested and softly crushed. 50 Degree Riesling undergoes a slow, gentle fermentation thanks to the use of temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Intensely fragrant, reminiscent of ripe peaches, green apples and a hint of citrus fruits. Crisp and tangy, 50 Degree Riesling is lively, yet elegant, with a harmoniously dry finish.
