Sweet but balanced apple cider with a kick, perfect with cheese or dessert. In the spirit of new world innovation Ambix Spirits is proud to release its Cider Royal. This modern interpretation of a Pommeau replaces half of the apple juice with apple cider resulting in less sweet and more complex apple dessert wine. Made from a combination of local Gravenstein, Jonathan and Golden Delicious apples and aged for over 2 years in a used barrel sourced from Cognac.
