Directions of Use:
To season a Ginpo Claypot:
Fill the pot with clean water (about 80%) and bring to a boil.
Add wheat flour mixed with water, simmer for about five minutes, and let it cool.
Wash and dry the pot before use.
Care and Maintenance:
After each use, dry well and store in a dry space.
For the first 5 uses, avoid leaving food inside after cooking to season the pot.
Avoid using seasoned foods like curry or kimchi for the first 5 uses to prevent discoloration and odors.
Do not soak the earthen pot in detergent water; wash and rinse only.
