The dense silver oak canopy that surrounds this farm is how Pearl Mountain gets its name. It is a lush, shaded environment (3 stories of shade!) that is home to 48 bird populations, monkeys, leopards, wild boar, tigers, mongoose, and elephants on occasion. The rich biodiversity is RFA certified, and organic practices are maintained. Brix level evaluations, quarterly soil tests, and ionic seawater/seaweed extract are applied to improve plant immunity and sugar levels in the fruit. We are excited to share this world class farm led by Ashok Petra that is leading in India’s coffee production.
