Deep ruby in color; aromas of cherry and toffee; on the palate, the wine evokes memories of Black Forest cake with a velvet finish. Produced with fruit sourced from the 24-year-old Morris Ranch Vineyard, located in the heart of the Petaluma Gap, is renowned for producing Pinot Noir with exceptional concentration. The Petaluma Gap is characterized by persistent winds that flow from Bodega Bay to the San Pablo Bay. This constant wind forces the Pinot Noir from the area to produce thicker skins, in turn adding depth and intensity of flavor. This wine is an expression of that intensity, embodying the art of craft winemaking. Produced from Clones 667 and Pommard.
