Medium light salmon in color, opens with aromas of strawberry and on the palate expresses cherry and grapefruit. The finish is clean and fresh -- the perfect balance of fruit and acid. This Rose is unique in that the juice used to make it was sourced from multiple ferments of red wine. Produced with grapes sourced throughout Russian River Valley, known the world over for producing exceptional Pinot Noir. The Russian River is characterized by its cool climate and the rolling fog from the neighboring Pacific Ocean. The cooling maritime effects allow the grapes to ripen slowly. Often resulting in the fruit achieving a rare balance of ripeness and acidity. This wine is an expression of that balance, embodying the art of craft winemaking. For maximum enjoyment serve at 40-45 degrees.
