A bolder expression of Pinot Noir showing the richness of the 2021 vintage with aromas of dark fruits, showcasing ripe purple plum, black cherries and blackberries with notes of cherry cordial and cola berries, complimented by notes of cinnamon, and warm baking spices. The mouth is full and rich and the wine still showing youthful exuberance. Some light decanting (2-4 hours) and slight chill will help this wine show all it has to offer! The 2021 vintage shows great color density and a medium to full tannin profile that is supple with structured tannins that will reward with short term cellaring of 2-3 years. The flavors of this Pinot Noir are rich and textured with dark berries, plum fruit, fresh black cherries and perfumed sweet cherry cordial.
