A salt that will sink its teeth into any dish. Garlicky and briny with a bite! This is one of our favorite, most versatile salts. It’s delicious in a wide variety of dishes, but here are some of our favorite uses:
Pat on steak, pork chops or chicken before grilling
For something lighter, sprinkle over zucchini or eggplant before grilling
Add to your favorite soup or stew recipe in place of table salt
Put on homemade popcorn or fresh corn on the cob
Use to take your scrambled or fried eggs to the next level
Don't panic, naturally occurring moisture in the salt is totally normal!
