Faulk - Vegan Egg Spice Blend

Meet Faulk, our egg flavored spice blend! All natural and completely vegan, this blend gets some of it’s “eggy” flavor from kala namak, a salt with naturally occurring sulphur flavor. We love it in tofu scrambles and on home fries, or mash up some chickpeas and add vegan mayo + faulk for a vegan egg salad. Since kala namak is a salt, this blend is meant to be used sparingly and without the addition of table salt. Ingredients: kala namak, turmeric, ground mustard seed, paprika & white pepper.
